This company is extremely unreliable. I thought they did a decent job with the first cleaning and it went downhill from there. Second time, they came days later due to a “car being in the shop”. When they did come, they were here for only an hour. They ask you to walk your house on wet floors to check if things are okay, but all cleaners are in the car ready to go. The ladies do a fantastic job with the cleaning! I use their every 2-weeks service to keep up with the cleanliness in the home, and I am always very pleased with the cleaning! They did a move out cleaning for us and everything was spotless! I am truly grateful and their customer service (and the receptionist/dispatcher) are very kind and responsive. I am sad that they don’t clean on base housing or I would still be using their service!! 🤍
Absolutely amazing to say the least! They made sure to get every spec of dust and made the house unrecognizable! Will definitely do business with this service again.
I've used their service a few times I have nothing but good things to say. Will use again and will always reccomend.
