First time, we tried to be understanding that the house wasn’t cleaned to our satisfaction: -didn’t bring any of their own commercial cleaning products -not super professional or on time -at the top end of the price range we discussed -blinds were still covered in dust -tooth paste still in bathroom sink But gave constructive feed back about what we would like done differently the next time. Arleen and her team stepped in when we needed them most! They were flexible with our partially under construction operations and did an excellent job. We recommend them highly!
I scheduled an appt for them to come do a walkthrough of my house and provide an estimate. We discussed everything over email, then the woman texted me the day before to confirm. I specifically reconfirmed the time with her and she admitted to having written down the wrong time. The next day no one ever showed up at the right or wrong time. No text. No call. No email. Just a no show. Definitely won't be using their services.
