We have used this company for house cleaning bi-weekly for a couple years. There have been numerous occasions when I have provided feedback to Paula, the owner, about various problems. Her response is predictable, there is always an excuse and an insinuation that the problem is really me, never her or her staff. The promised arrival window is rarely adhered to.
