Cleaner always arrived at least 30 min late, was caught stealing in apartment, and had tons of difficulty with scheduling and making sure they could get into apartment/parking. Did some research and found out the cleaner had a criminal record after inviting them into my apartment to clean multiple times... figured they would do a background check before hiring... Stay away.
