It has been a hit or miss with the cleaners over the last year. I’ve experienced some great ones.. ( my deep cleaning was incredible.. impossible toilet stains were removed) and some not so good ( leaving my kitchen sink drainer dirty after cleaning the sink.) Owners John and Cara have been very communicative and helpful along the way though! Anytime I had any issues they would personally resolve them. Very rude for absolutely no reason. I had checked information on their site & had previously entered my # for a quote/more info & the man who called me said “well that costs us money” and hung up after me telling them I just wanted more information. Very room was thoroughly cleaned.
I have been an extremely satisfied customer for eight years! They are always on time and leave my home looking amazing! They are also very accommodating if I have a scheduling issue. I would give them 10/10 and would hire them for any cleaning job. On top of it all, they are wonderful, kind people!
I’m very disappointed with the cleaning service I received. The team was in my home for barely 2 hours, and multiple areas were left either untouched or not cleaned to a reasonable standard, including a living room mirror that was not cleaned at all. I provided photos to document the issues. When I raised these concerns, I was told the mirror was missed because “the cleaners are human and sometimes overlook things.” While I understand that small mistakes can happen, the number of missed areas goes beyond a simple oversight. ... read more
