Very room was thoroughly cleaned.
I have been an extremely satisfied customer for eight years! They are always on time and leave my home looking amazing! They are also very accommodating if I have a scheduling issue. I would give them 10/10 and would hire them for any cleaning job. On top of it all, they are wonderful, kind people!
I’m very disappointed with the cleaning service I received. The team was in my home for barely 2 hours, and multiple areas were left either untouched or not cleaned to a reasonable standard, including a living room mirror that was not cleaned at all. I provided photos to document the issues. This was a very deep cleaning that was done after a major renovation of our kitchen. The ladies did a fantastic job.
We used Maid Right for two cleanings: a move-in cleaning for a single-family home ($350) and a move-out cleaning for a rental single-family home ($250). We chose them because they provided the most affordable quote, and we were comfortable with a standard move-out clean, but several core items were missed.
