I paid $255 for a “clean” & let the cleaners into my home: after they finished & the house was dirty, obviously defeats the whole purpose of hiring cleaning Co. I brought this to the owner John, he was VERY rude for no reason.

However, they returned again on May 30, 2025, despite my absence. I paid $300 for a “move out clean” & let the cleaners into my home. I came back after they finished & the place was still dirty. I spent an hour cleaning myself, which obviously defeats the whole purpose of hiring cleaners. When I brought this to the owner John, he was VERY rude for no reason. I was polite, I didn’t even ask for a full refund, but I expected at least some of my money back for the trouble. John flat out refused.
