Just Wonderful Our 3rd year using Maid Right for a holiday time deep cleaning and they did fantastic. We also do a spring/summer clean as well. Our home is never as clean as it is when they are done cleaning. If I could afford it I would have them weekly. A+++!
A Disappointment We had used Maid Right for some time and share many of the sentiments of some other reviewers. Initially, the cost seemed fair and the reviews were excellent. This was encouraging as a new homeowner in the Carpentersville area. This was rather short lived. To try to get in touch with someone is next to impossible, I would say an average of about every 8th attempt you might have a reply, if you were lucky. When you have to reschedule they never answer, but they are happy to charge your credit card right away.... read more
Wow, great service! Have to jump on the band wagon here, these guys did a great job. We had them clean our carpets and windows monday of this week. They did such a good job my wife called them back to deep clean the rest of our home. I don't think it was this clean even when it was brand new. Totally changed the way we look at cleaning services. Look no further, you have found the best! I have to say, I am impressed. I have used several area companies and they were good. I switched 1 time from my last service, Dream Clean, to Maid Right just to see because a friend referred me. Wow! What a difference. Well beyond what I thought a good cleaning service was.
