She stole from us! – I hired MaidPro because i liked their 49 point checklist. I have never had a maid before so I called for a quote. They quoted me $145 to do a deep cleaning on my 1000sqft 2 br house. I had planned on being at the house while she cleaned but the man I spoke with on the phone spoke to me in a way that made me feel like that was uncommon. Honesty and customer service issues – Sadly, we were theft victims. Our flat screen TV was taken from a locked house and the thieves locked the house behind themselves. Aside from family, no one but Maid Pro had access to a house key. Additionally, the week before the TV was stolen, after the cleaner left, we noticed that the TV cables had all been disconnected and the TV unplugged, as though someone was preparing to take it, but didn't. Great Job – I was very happy with the service I received. Signing up was easy and the cleaning was excellent. The cleaning was thorough and the little touches really made the difference. It was nice to come home to an immacuately cleaned home without having to do it myself. I would highly reccomend this service.

Clean with Care – I am so delighted with the service I receive from MaidPro. I have been using their cleaning service at my house on a monthly basis for over a year now. They always arrive on time, do a thorough cleaning job and are also attentive to details. My house is sparkling when they get done with it. I Love Maid Pro – Maid Pro does an excellent job. The staff is courteous and I never have to ask them to do a job more than once. Once you tell them what you expect they follow through on every cleaning. This is my first experience with a cleaning service and I am very pleased with Maid Pro. Life's too short to worry about cleaning your house. Let Maid Pro do it and go shopping!!!
