Melissa, (our cleaner) is just awesome. Attention to detail, positive attitude and consistency is very important to us and she has all three. We highly recommend Maidpro.

Scheduled Maid Pro for a moving clean. Was expecting a thorough and deep clean since that's what I asked for. The estimate was for 6.5 hours of cleaning. They 'completed' the cleaning in 4. A lot of areas were missed, such as fingerprints on door jams, dirty baseboards, dusty vent fan covers, and not cleaning around objects on surfaces. The house was mostly empty so it shouldn't have been too difficult to manage. I would not recommend them for a moving or deep clean, but am giving 2 stars since they did an ok standard clean.
Pleased with this customizable cleaning service. We were able to choose schedule, preferences, and more. Pros are great and customer support helpful when schedules change.
This place is a terrible buisness the people running the management are terrible cruel judgmental people, if you can even call them people. This company is such a sad excuse for quality service would never recommend them to anyone ever. They are a 3/10 on quality 1/10 on value and the management is -10/100 for being unable to help with anything .
