Thank you for coming out. I wanted to share some quick feedback about the most recent cleaning. It was okay overall, but I felt the previous cleanings were a bit more thorough. For example, the team used a steam mop on the floors before, but this time it was just mopped, and the result wasn’t quite as polished. My mother had an emergency situation. She returned from a trip to find her fridge not working. It was a complete mess and a bio hazard. The team came promptly the next day and had her fridge looking brand new in less than 2 hours. They were professional and great care of my mom. I would definitely hire them again.
Always do a great job. Always very detailed and do everything that I ask. I have known the owners since they started their cleaning business almost 20 years ago. They know what they are doing.
