This company is a total rip off. I asked specifically to have my tile floors in the kitchen deep cleaned. I was told it would be cleaned with a steamer. When the cleaners arrived there were four people. I was then told it would be a $200 charge for one hour! Not the 2 hours I told it would be. One lady spent the hour in the kitchen. She cleaned the kitchen floor with a regular mop. A deep clean with a steamer was not at all what I got. She wiped the counters and nothing else.
