I was weary about hiring someone to clean regularly and kept putting it off - I have 3 cats, a dog, and a very scared forster dog. Maid Magic made it so easy. They even talk to the animals sometimes. I cannot say enough good things about Nicole and her team. I had a medical procedure and was really struggling to keep up with the house. I reached out to Nicole a bit desperately because things had gotten out of control and I could barely move. She immediately arranged for her cleaners to come the same day. They showed up quickly, were incredibly kind, and in about an hour they did more than I had even asked for. If I could give no stars I would. Cannot comment on cleaning because I have NEVER got a hold of anyone. Have reached out several times with no word back. TERRIBLE customer service. I don’t care how great your cleaning is, if you can’t respond to a paying customer that tells me all I need to know.
We hired Maid Magic for the first time to help get our home ready before the birth of our little girl. Their amazing team did a deep clean of our home as well as treatments on our couches and rugs. It was the single best investment we made during the prenatal period! We immediately booked twice monthly cleanings after seeing the incredible results!
