They do not pay their workers
I hired them to do a move out clean when I sold my home last March. The job done was terribly and we had to do a manual clean ourselves when we didn’t account for the time since we hired a company to do it. Not only that, the lady who cleaned our home stole my Canada goose coat as well as my Ripzone rain coat. I am still so shocked…. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
We decided to use this company for a cleaning service. The service provided by the company was awful but the cleaner lady Elaine was absolutely amazing, so I am giving HER 5 stars for an amazing job well done.
First of all, I replied to a Kijiji add that seemed like it was a single person cleaning my house, I had no idea this was a company until later on. The cleaner came, she was nice however did not know how to clean stainless steel appliances, my mirrors were streaked, bathrooms still had dust on the baseboards etc. She was over the time they had quoted so they charged me double my initial quote.
