Wish I had the same good experience as everyone else but I didn't. This is the third cleaning company I've used and it has been the most disappointing. They are easy to book online and have very reasonable pricing. They call after booking to confirm details and explain the process. They showed up on time. Booked them for a move out cleaning to get the max security deposit back. However, on the day of cleaning, the team I had was not very professional. Outstanding and diligent cleaning service with great attention to detail. I had a room that had been used as our cat litter room, and the ammonia odor had sunk in. Aura bailed me out and the room couldn’t be cleaner now. Thanks team!
