Only just registered with this efficient and friendly group but delighted with the standard set so far and anticipating it will continue. Payment method easy and convenient ( saves getting cash out of bank each week) I Like the reminder notification that our selected cleaner is on their way. I called Maid in Heaven with a request that didn't quite fit into their usual categories of work, and Harris worked with me to understand what I needed, in the required timeline. My cleaner arrived promptly, clarified the request again, and set to work. She had a Golden Retriever micromanaging her for part of her time in my house, but didn't seem phased to have the extra eyes on her. We have been very happy with our experience since we started using Maid in Heaven's services in September 2024. From the beginning, Harris has been extremely clear, kind, and helpful.
