WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Cancelled service & moved on to a new service. The acutal cleaners that come out to your home are very professional (some missed cleaning issues), BUT if you have any issues or problems & need to speak with the office staff (specifically Xochitl - prounounce Soshi) - dont waste your time. Save yourself a HUGE headache, and go with a different company from the start.
