Cleaning service was excellent but the following morning when I went to use my stove, the stove knobs fell off in my hands when I tried to turn them on. Two were in the wrong position and two could not be put back into position as they were broken. Obviously the knobs had been taken off to clean and not replaced properly. I reported this to owner who asked me to send pictures and video as I was working and it was not possible to be at my house to show her. Monica's team was great in cleaning the apartment we were going to move into. They also notified us with the leaks that prompted us to call our landlord. They were great!
I used Molly Maid today for my move in move out cleaning and I was very happy with them. I usually do my own house cleaning and these guys did as good a job as I would have!! The team members were polite, friendly and did a great job. Thanks for taking care of it Christine, Chelsea and Samantha - you guys were awesome! I’ve never put my trust in someone to clean my place but you rocked it!
