Our home has never been so clean! They do an awesome job!
Most importantly, cleaning was really good. A solid 4 star. However, they broke a ceiling fan blade that cost me $24 bucks and time to fix, and they mangled a valence rod and ripped screws out of the wall. A careful person with a step ladder would have prevented this. Still have to fix that. Plus, during cleaning, they left several windows unlocked, and we had a break in and some repair items and light globe stolen. Another $50 bucks lost. Was it a coincidence??
One of the best investments to my mental health. I hired them to deep clean my apartment. I called, left a voicemail and clearly stated what I wanted. A lady returned my call and scheduled an appointment to view my apartment and do a free estimate. The estimate cost more than I expected, but it was worth every penny. Honestly, the cleanings I had were never top notch. I complained one time & they wanted to increase my price by 200.00. But instead of calling me, they text me. Then, when I called to schedule a cleaning she just didnt return my call, I had to call again & apologize I complained the last time. Instead of making it right, she still wanted 400.00. I asked if we could work something out & she said my last cleaning was no exception. She also lied & said her girls worked on my house for 12.5 hours. I was gone 4 hours from my home... read more
