Kris was an absolute Star 🌟 super friendly and she was very comforting, not awkward at all. She would let me know if had to move certain items or furniture. Very professional and pleasant. I talked her ear off 😆 🤣 😂 but she was so great and spoke back.Kept working, it didn't phase her at all. After she left I looked over what she had done. I am so thrilled !! Thank you again. Britt and Megan did an excellent job of doing a deep clean on our home! Both were personable, friendly, and didn’t mind our senior-loving dog roaming around. They did an excellent job of deep cleaning the windows, fridge, stove, cabinets, and each of our rooms. I appreciate their hard work and effort that they put into this job because it was far from an easy task. Thank you for all your efforts, it doesn’t go unnoticed.
Communication is great, reminding you about upcoming cleanings, when the cleaner is on their way, etc. Kadie arrived quite early, but waited in the car, which I appreciated, as I was still doing some last-minute tidying up. She was friendly, professional, and did a great job. We had previously had another company out, who were less expensive, but the cleaner spent half the time on the phone and things didn't end up all that clean. She also spoke hardly any English, so it was impossible to communicate priorities.
We were looking for a regular cleaner and came across Maid Fantastic. They are amazing, very thorough and very kind staff. Lots of options for different types of cleans. We use the priority clean and it works well for our schedule! Kris was fantastic and we have now scheduled her regularly. My stove top is so clean!
Maid Fantastic is a great company and I like getting the updates on when the technician is expected to arrive. I am a fairly new client and Kadie is our regular cleaning technician. Kadie does an amazing job, is very efficient and has an eye for detail. Nothing like having a clean smelling, sparkling home. Highly recommend Maid Fantastic.
