I called and talked to Ashley directly. Gave very detailed instructions and asked if she could provide the service. She said yes. Upon arrival she cut corners, did not follow the detailed instructions and tried to leave earlier than her paid for 6 hours.

Don't waste your money!!!! In 20 years, this is the worst cleaning service I have ever used! I have had the Maid Co. of WY come to my home twice. I have a larger home, I only had them clean about 2500 sq. ft. of the house, which they charged me $250.00. Both times I have been unhappy. My flooring consists mostly of hardwood and tile, they use a dyson to 'sweep' and a swifter to clean. Which doesn't remove the dust, dirt and dog hair from my two dogs. Maid Co of Casper was hired to clean my home before I placed it on the market for sale. The owner came to the home and gave an estimate and was due to return the following Tuesday to provide the service of cleaning the home. Upon returning to the home on Thursday to survey the results I found that the top glass shelf in the refrigerator was missing, and window curtains from the entire upstairs were missing.
