I'm having the same problem with the Living Social voucher. After leaving multiple voicemails and sending multiple emails trying to get something scheduled, I just got a response telling me to request a refund from Living Social and that they're "sorry for the inconvenience." I already paid for their services -- it's more than just an "inconvenience!" They shouldn't have done a Living Social deal if they couldn't handle the volume. They're unprofessional and flaky and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
NEVER heard from these people after buying my living social deal. Can't get a hold of them.
Worst cleaning ever! Was told over the phone it was a "deep cleaning" and all they did was make my house REAK of fabuloso cleaning supplies, and did a crappy vacuuming job. nothing was dusted, wiped, or cleaned. they said, doors, window, shutters, bathrooms would be cleaned and they were NOT cleaned at all. SO upset, just wasted money.
Great service, extremely responsive and very detail oriented. Highly recommend.
Maid by Design cleaned my home for the first time on Friday, and I must say way to go girls! It's the first time in years that I notice a difference, I have had maid services in the past and never has my home smelled so clean and fresh. Everything you promised was done and a little extra.
