I was incredibly disappointed with my service. One of the maids pulled the hose out of the wall in my kitchen and flooded the entire area down in to my neighbors apartment. The cleaning in that area and the living room was basically worthless since the apartment maintenance team had to cut out drywall to access plumbing, etc. When I discussed the charges with Maid Brigade I was quoted one amount and charged another, higher amount (buy about $100) despite the damage that occurred. I hired Maid Brigade after a serious injury thinking I would use them for 4-6 months until I healed. That was 3 years ago. I love these ladies. Always on time and they make my home shine. Friendly, efficient and I have always been pleased.
Very responsive and do a great clean! I feel comfortable with them in my home.
