I had a great experience with Maid Brigade of North Denver Suburbs. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The team arrived right on time, was incredibly professional, and worked with impressive attention to detail. If you’re looking for a reliable and thorough cleaning service in the area, I would definitely recommend them.
Very satisfied with the service. I was moving out and needed a pretty deep clean of my house and workspace. Received quick response while scheduling and they were sincere to follow my specific instructions. Highly recommended!!
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND, horrible scheduling issues and did not show up without any notice to scheduled time. I scheduled a cleaning by email back in September for October 20th and they did not show up at all. I tried calling multiple times but was only able to get in contact with someone by email. They told me the cleaning was scheduled for October 21st and they would not send a cleaner out to accommodate their mistake. I have used Maid Brigade twice a month for years. The past several months have been awful. Between them cancelling for "staffing" issues, then charging me additional fees because they said I cancelled, then having to complain because they're cleaning is awful, they've used the wrong product after being told multiple times to use Bona hardwood cleaning (that I provide each cleaning) has left a residue on my hardwood floors that has required me to get on my hands and knees to scrape off the floors, mirrors looks like their cle... read more
