They state a full initial cleaning and I got a very partial cleaning at best for a hefty cost. I would have been okay with that had everything that was supposed to have been cleaned been cleaned. Also, I was a bit turned off by the fact they could not tell me how much they were going to charge on my credit card for the cleaning until the next business day.
