This service is excellent. The workers are prompt, cheerful, and accommodate special requests. You can count on them to do a good job.
This was my first time using a cleaning service and I’m pretty disappointed in my overall experience. I needed a deep clean for an empty house and ended up being recommended their “move-out” cleaning online. I went ahead and booked that, then spoke with someone over the phone going over that expectation (walls and baseboards needed to be washed, etc.) and was assured that would all be good under their “move-out” cleaning. Customer since 2021. I appreciate that they have at least one consistent team member for my cleanings so there is someone familiar who comes almost every time. While I haven't had any reason to call in for a couple years now that we are in sync, when I first started using the service and we were learning each other's ways and preferences, they were very responsive and even sent someone back to detail the things I felt had been missed.
