I bought their service for our 5000 sqft home after seeing a Groupon for them. We had already had a cleaning service with Molly Maid, but saw that Maid American's recurring service would be cheaper so we decided to try them out. We expected the initial service to be mediocre as there is a time limit of 6 man hours (3 hrs for 2 maids).
