For me the clean was absolutely a 5/5. Very fair priced for what you get, house was very thoroughly cleaned for our move out clean all the way down to the garage. Customer service for me was a 2/5. I did encounter a few issues, they put a hole in the wall in our bedroom when the doorstop failed to catch the door. There was a bucket of water that was spilled upstairs on the carpet (which she did notify me of but there was nothing to suction it up so I had to go back and steam that area later), and a couple items were taken fr... read more
