We were incredibly happy with this service, especially their attention to detail and efficiency. We will definitely book again!
I’d rate them higher … their policy on shoes is very concerning. My cleaning was delayed because they did not bring shoe covers or clean “house shoes” to wear when doing their work. That had to call Blanca, who had to drive over and bring them shoe covers. It is Asian culture that you do not wear outside shoes in the house, and many of my Western friends have this rule. Please ensure that your cleaning staff are more adequately prepared.
I had a wonderful experience with Maid in Hoboken for my move-in deep cleaning service. The team was efficient, thorough, and incredibly professional - which made my move so much less stressful and truly allowed me to settle into my new home.
