I purchased a new pair of hearing aids from last October. The process was easy, the staff very pleasant and helpful. The few times I returned with questions or problems, they were quick to address and resolve the issues. the new Widex hearing aids are great and have vastly improves my hearing ability. Would have no problem recommending Maico to anyone.
