Paid at the time of service, but they won't stop harassing me to pay the bill that I should never have received since I already paid. They acknowledged that I did in fact pay and went silent for a few months but now they're at it again. Don't trust them.
Dr Erskine and his team are great!
Dr Erskine is good but front desk Linda is insufferable. She’s rude & horrible to work with. She recommends using the patient portal for appointment requests but they never respond to it so you end up having call them. Very rarely can you get an appointment on short notice for a sick kid so Linda’s standard response is to go to urgent care. Messages on the portal go ignored as well. They never prescribe something without having to be seen, even for simple things like ear infections or flu when everyone in the house has the f... read more
