My Mom has been calling for over 30 days to ask a question. She has left multiple messages with the receptionist. She is a patient of record. This is extremely unprofessional. CALL MS. CALDWELL BACK!
Dr Pham listens and is very knowledgeable and thorough. I followed her from her previous practice because of her wonderful care and have recommended her to friends looking for a new PCP.
Dr. Pham and her staff really care about their patients. They know each of us personally; we aren't just a number. Dr. Pham and her nurse is a great pair, they listen to their patients, they are very attentive, compassionate, and knowledgeable. All of her staff from labs, her other nurses, referral personnel etc . They answer and return calls etc. Wherever this doctor goes, I intend to follow her.
