Best food. Best people.
Food is still very good, but there are no longer any Thai waitresses, no Thai background music. When I was there yesterday a girl from Uzbekistan and a woman from Nepal were on duty. I had to request extra lime, extra cucumbers, and extra green onions, three times, and had to pay a dollar for each of the extras. A good meal was spoiled by the haggling waitress.
