I found Mai Plumbing Co through the Dallas subreddit and Im glad I trusted the review. I was struggling with a clogged toilet for a few days before I finally caved and called in a professional. I called Mai plumbing in the morning, and they were able to get me scheduled for repair on the same day. I can’t remember how I found Mai Plumbing, but I’m so happy I did. Had them out to fix a clog that three other companies couldn’t get. Jeremy is incredible! I’ve recommended them to my mom and to my church. Love that it’s independently and family owned

I cannot speak highly enough of Mai Plumbing. Clear communication, prompt arrival, friendly technicians, quick resolution of the leak in my crawlspace, and very fair pricing. It's clear that Mai puts the customer's best interest at the forefront. I will gladly recommend Mai to friends and family

Great experience and peace of mind using Mai Plumbing to replace all of our cast iron sewer with PVC this Summer. Pricing was fair, communication was great, and quality of work was spot on. Will use them again and would recommend to anyone!
