Love the experience here - Mai is always happy to see us and the vibe is so great. It's convenient, and you can walk in if needed which is rare :)

No where does it say that gift certificates are not refundable on the certificate nor was he told!! My Boyfriend got 100$ and asked if I go here they said yes even when he gave them my name…. But i actually go to Lavish Nail and Spa they are the best. I understand that my boyfriend made the mistake as there are 3 different nail places near there and he was trying to surprise me for my birthday but they shouldn’t have lied to him either just to take the money. I went first time to get my nails done I spend 100 dollar to do pedicure me and my sister Very bad service I don't recommended gor this place .bad service
In reading these reviews after it wasn't my experience yes I waited a bit but she did a lovely job. I would return knowing there are only two staff but for 30 dollars I don't understand all the complaints.
