It was my first visit at Mai’s nail salon. I had a pedicure with shellac nailpaint. It was an amazing experience. I liked how the ladies were welcoming, and they were polite. Thank you
Understaffed. Waited 45 mins. If they cannot manage the services with time then they should tell openly, instead they just welcome everyone, no matter what the service is or what the time is. So just to finish my pedicure quickly, everything was done so quickly, but not properly . It was like brushing off. The instruments were not sterilized too. Never going back there.
I’ve been coming to Mai for the past few months because my best friend recommended this salon. Despite having issues in the past, I kept giving them more chances. Unfortunately, my latest visit was enough for me to decide I won’t be returning. First, Tina has messed up my toes every single time she’s done them. This isn’t a one-time mistake. Friendly and helpful with picking the right product for my nails
Absalutly love !! I've never had my nails worked on by a nail tech that has actually listened to me and done exactly what I want from shape to smoothness to the paint job.. Mai is amazing, I've always had crooked nails so false ones have always been a bit wonky as well, however with Mai those nails aren't half as bad as other places I have been to through out London! The prices are good as well cherry on top the cake! Deffenitly recommend and deffenitly will be returning myself!!
