Great service and nice workers!!
I have been coming to Mai’s for years! I have never had a problem with her work and always leave happy and satisfied! Great prices too! For my toes done with regular polish, my hands done with shellac and my eye brows waxed comes to $75! I think that price is amazing! I’ve never made an appointment and come in at the most random times and she never turns me away! Decent experience overall. The result was good and the price was fair, but the service wasn’t the most professional. Giving it 3 stars because the job got done and I’m satisfied with how it turned out. Can’t share pictures though it was a Brazilian wax.
Honestly don’t come here. There are only two workers who switch between all the clients and it takes so long just to get something simple. They rush their work so much that when they are putting the acrylic on the nails it gets on the side of your skin. Because they rush, the acrylic is a little bumpy, the shaping really isn’t the best and i got a hibiscus flower design on both my ring fingers and they honestly just look like blobs. ⭐ 1 Star (If I could give 0, I would) I called My Nails & Spa in the morning regarding a job opportunity, clearly explained what I was looking for, and was asked to come in for an interview at 3 PM. Despite my busy schedule, I made time and showed up professionally — only to be met with rude, dismissive, and borderline racist behavior from the staff.
