I bought my first investment property with Mary. I met her at the open house. I had a smooth closing. Mary was very helpful and explained to me how to choose a renter. Mary also guided me to include specific terms to protect me as a landlord. Not knowing Mary at all before, it was a great experience to work with her. Mary is not a local Hoboken agent, she was referred by one of my friends, but I thought I would gave her a try and interviewed her.
