I met Mary 3 years ago in 2021 at an open house. We decided to prepare for the sale of our home last year in 2023. Mary advised on many items we needed to prepare in the past 1 year. She also went to the town hall many times for us to get permits and other matters straightened with the town. Mary never asked us to sign any listing documents until we were ready.
