Staff is super nice and they speak both French and English. They give you something to drink, they ask between each step of the haircut if you like it or want to adjust, they also show you a catalogue to help you specify what you want for your hair. I got a wavy perm and it was one of the cheapest place in Ottawa to get it and it came out amazing. very happy

Great people! I’ve been going to Mai Mai for the past two years, and I’ve always been very pleased with the results. I have wavy hair, and Linh did Japanese hair straightening for me, it stays straight for months. She’s a true professional who takes her time and applies the treatment with great care. I highly recommend Mai Mai!

Great service! Great price! My wife has really dense and thick hair and mine is thin and soft, we rarely had satisfied hair cuts before. MeiMei is so talented that every time I go here I just tell her what length I want and let her works her magic.

I've been a loyal customer at Mei Mei’s Hair Salon for 10 years, and Linh never disappoints. Her talent with Asian hair is unmatched in Ottawa— she’s skilled, attentive, and really listens to what you want. If you’re looking for amazing results I highly recommend!
