Amazing! Very thorough, very detailed. Sometimes I have to wait a bit longer here than I would like, but it's always worth the wait. They are serious about quality. Love love love.
I went to Mai Lien Nails in Weymouth today for a pedicure. I asked the technician to cut and shape my toenails, especially one acrylic (fake) nail that was very long. Unfortunately, she didn’t shape it the way I asked—I wanted a square shape, but it came out uneven and crooked. I also wasn’t told the price ahead of time. I had a very uncomfortable experience at this nail salon. Before going, I called to ask for a specific technician. When I arrived, the owner wanted to do my service herself, but I politely explained that I had requested a different worker. Eventually, the technician I asked for came and did my nails. However, throughout the entire time, the owner was speaking in her own language in an aggressive way, and it was clear she was using insulting words. ended up at Mai Lien Nails and spa b/c the place I’ve been going to was closed.. THANK GOODNESS!!! Other wise I never would’ve found MIA LIEN. My new nail salon.. The only thing I didn’t like was the size, cause it’s small, and also not the best at speaking English except the basics; ”pick your color” “ok” “hunny” “yes”. Well the women I had anyway.
