No work is done at Mai Kai, it’s now shipped to Huntington dry cleaners. I was charged $13.50 for a replacement zipper, however the zipper was not replaced, just the zipper pull a.k.a the clasp. I thought I was being fair by asking for a $10 cash refund, and my request was granted, at least I thought it was. When I went to the cleaners to pick up the cash, I was then told the cash was turned into a credit. I will not patronize this establishment again.
