Recently, a filling fell out, so I made an appointment with Dr. Mai Dentistry and saw Dr. Fares, thinking I just needed a simple filling. From the moment I walked in, this office felt different. It didn’t have that typical “dentist office” smell, and I couldn’t hear drilling noises that usually make my anxiety worse. The staff was welcoming and calming right away. Outstanding!! Just outstanding!! Nobody wants to go to the dentist but I have to say I don’t mind when I have to go and have work done or my routine cleanings. From the front desk to the back staff everyone treats you with kindness and compassion. I have always been seen if not before my appointment time then right on time which is very important with my busy schedule. No amount of stars are enough for this top notch office!!
