Under no circumstances go here.... Dr. Mai is a nice lady but her follow up and support post procedure is awful. Not only is her support staff clueless, her personal folllow up is awful. I am so sorry I chose her to remove my wisdom teeth and am still awaiting a call back from her office after a week, post surgery....go anywhere but here...not a good experience.

"CHARLOTTE IS BACK"!!!!!!!! Come One, Come All!...I am back at Mai Dental Specialists!...I can't tell you how happy I am to be back! I have a brand new team that is absolutely OUTSTANDING! Things are better than ever and I personally invite everyone to pick up the phone and ring us at 650-968-6141 to schedule a cleaning or anything you may need. Charlotte is gone! Don't go there! When the Treatment Coordinator named Charlotte worked there, wow, was she nice! She always helped us to understand things and explained the financial side and we really liked her. Dr. Joe was also very nice and he too explained things to us as we went along. Then Stephanie came along and she is no more than a BIG FAT LIAR! All she wants is money! Don't even sit down with Dr. Mai, the owner, She is the worst dentist I have ever seen. Con Artists! Don't trust these people. They will come back and say you owe them more money for past procedures if you switch to another dentist or do not visit enough for them to rip you off on a regular basis.

Rip the teeth right out of your head I would give 0 stars if I could because Dr. Mai is the meanest and roughest doctor I have ever seen. I had been going there for a while and had a good feeling about the place and the people working there. Charlotte is the office person there and she rocks. So does Dr. Joe. my whole family goes over there my whole family goes over there. The lady explains what we need to do to our teeth in a way we can understand. She is real nice and her doctor is real nice teo. her name is charlete and her doctors name is Jo. She tells us when to go in and she reminds us and offers us something to drink. The lady has been teaching me how to help out my family and we all like her. She just got braces for my daughter. So we are happy there.

family dentists My whole family goes there because that lady named cherlete explains what we need in a way we can understand and we are learning from her asnd her doctor named joe. She is super sweet and is always so nice to us. Dr. joe is so nice also. She treats us with respect and nobody ever made us so welcome as she did. Ask for her and she will help you. And dr jo won't hurt you and she will offer you something to drink also.

only two pwople speak english The treatment counselor was super nice and very helpful! Her name was Charlotte. There doctor was named Dr. Joe and he was also nice. They are the only two who speak english. She was helpful too. I am scared of the dentist. She stayed with me when I got the shot and the doctor tryed to make me relax also. They were real nice. The only problem was nobody else there could speak english worth a damn. I will still go back there because the girl calls me to remind and is real nice.

Military Beware If you're affiliated with the military in any way, don't go here. They dropped me as a patient because I had to reschedule appointments due to military commitments such as state directed missions for supporting the wildfires in California. If you try to call them to explain what happened, Charlotte will just hang up on you and call the police for being rude.
