Very Good This franchise of Honda tends to be good. Service is almost always on time, and when you complain about a problem, it almost always serves. The atmosphere is not too great, but then, it is a car dealership.
The customer is always wrong?? I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle from Mahwah Honda. I brought the car in twice for the same problem and they still say that the problem doesn't exist (meanwhile there is a service bulletin for the exact problem I have). I had to wait two hours each visit. The sales department is fine, but the service department is a nightmare. Why buy a car from somewhere that won't fix it...
Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. I made an appointment in person and was assured that a loaner car would be available as I let them know I would need one. When I got to my appointment, they said they have no loaner cars left and that I didn't let them know I needed one. I therefore had to cancel my appointment and on my way out, saw that they had about 8 loaner cars parked.
