Such a pleasurable experience! PJ was great! Everyone at the dealership was so nice and easy to work with. Cherokee, Finance manager was so nice and made that process very smooth.also would like to acknowledge the team that details the cars. Great Job! Our car looked amazing and we are very satisfied! Mahwah ford and the the salesman PJ were fantastic. He made the whole expierence easy , honest and straight forward. Also the finance dept Cherokee was also. Way easy to deal with . I can’t say enough about what an easy time it was buying a vehicle hear. Also Greg in service dept is another reason to use mah way ford. I would like to make a complaint about this establishment and specifically about the manager of this establishment called Cherokee. I ordered an F-150 pickup truck six months ago in my father's name, but my father needed to go to Portugal for health reasons. He is not in a position to take on a new debt and buy a new pickup truck, so unfortunately he cannot buy the pickup truck. But the dealership did not understand it that way.
