I wouldn't recommend this firm to my worst enemy. Disorganized, unfocused, and overall unprofessional. I was assigned a lawyer at the beginning of my case, who sent one incoherent email and was fired. I was charged for that email. Then Jean took the case. During pre-trial meeting, I was looking for a settlement but was not allowed in the room. I read after the fact that goes against my client rights.
