Go to a place that value’s your business . Customer service is a priority, that they don’t value. Over the phone I was quoted me 110$ for refrigerant leak test, then it jumped up to 400$ in person. I would’ve happily paid if it wasn’t for them undermining a person’s ability to pay. Supervisor wasn’t any help .

I have my car serviced regularly at Walker's. As is the case every time I use them - I schedule online, appt is confirmed, I drop off my car, they call to inform of anything out of the ordinary, and call when ready to pick up. The shuttle service that is available is timely. Prices reasonable. Workmanship is top quality.
Been their customer for over 30 years. Always polite, able to ID problems, good service. Today as I sat in their waiting room, I overheard them answering customers on the phone, just demonstrated to me they care about their customers
