They have always done a great job here. Excellent place to get tire work done. During these difficult times I was conversing with one of the owners and was talking about this pandemic. Mentioned how my one job as a home healthcare worker I still have. I had huge screw in my tire and had no expectations of getting it done for free. Gentleman was extremely kind and courteous. 3/11/2020 - I've been going to Marines for eons but was concerned about the new ownership. I went there today and was so happy with service! The young man was so helpful, he really tried to save me some money especially since I told I wouldn't be keeping my vehicle much longer. Thank you! I'm happy to stay with Mahones Tire SERVICE!!
I stopped at the Parkersburg location an hour before they closed. They asked me to wait and I did, for 20 minutes. Once they came to me and asked what I needed; I told them I needed my tires rotated. A simple task that may take 15 minutes. But it’s not a money maker. The guy behind the counter stepped outside the door and asked a technician if they had time to do a tire rotation and the guy looked at me and said “nope” and smiled and walked away. Paid for a warranty. Brought my car back not even a year later with a bulge in my tire and they refuse to honor the warranty even though it’s “IN THE SYSTEM” because i don’t have some stupid sticker. Most backwards thing i’ve ever experienced. Absolutely ridiculous.

The most professional well equipped place to get tires in Parkersburg . The layout of the service bay etc is the best around , tire selection and staff is the best. This place sets the standard for sevice and sales.
I ordered tires and they said they would call on Monday when they got them in. A week and a half went by no phone call. So I called them they went and checked for my tires. They told me they were sent the wrong ones. Ok. So they ordered them again and said they would be in on this Monday. My question why did they wait a week and a half to tell me they sent the wrong tires? So I finally got my tires and the staff were rude. Every past experience I have had with this place has been bad.
