I realize that my rewiew/reply is years late regarding Terri; however, I'm unfamiliar with the characterization of Terri being unprofessional. Terri has been doing my hair since Tom Harris' days. You can't find a person in this industry who is the kindest and professional! I've witnessed Terri interact with the most unruly and rude clients. My hair is healthy and always looks beautiful when I visit Paulette She has been taking care of my hair since 1999... The shop is always clean and plays great music. I recommend this shop to anyone looking for great hair care. P.S. Paulette is great with color!
