The food is good! Great options! The service is absolutely terrible, for this to be fine dining the employees that are hired need proper training and speech therapy. “We ain’t got, Ion even know” is unprofessional, perhaps “let me check.” Extremely unprofessional and ghetto. Our experience at Mahogany was extremely disappointing. We were there for over an hour and only received an appetizer and drinks. It took approximately an hour for our drinks to come out, and our waitress never even introduced herself or told us her name. Every time we asked about the wait or what was taking so long, she repeatedly emphasized that Mahogany is an “upscale restaurant.” Being an upscale restaurant should mean providing attentive, professional service not using it as an excuse for extremely long wait times and p... read more

This place is very overrated, I asked for a Manhattan and I don't know what he served me. I am here for my anniversary it's not even on a anniversary level it's more for just a every day meal and they take 20% out of your check which is fine if you have excellent service not to mention the parking you are greeted by a man in a van saying pay him $5 and he will take you to the door and if you ref

The food was not all that good. But the collard greens were delicious. My husband was expecting crawfish, shrimp in his gumbo but thats not what he received. But our waitress and the host were awesome and the chef so come to our table to answer my husband question about the gumbo. Because they were professional about everything , I would give it a second try.

My family and I were visiting Memphis for the first time, and it was recommended as a nice place for Dinner. I must say the restaurant was nice but the temperature in the place was extremely cold and nothing be done about that, when we asked to go to the o/s terrace we were told there is no one to service you and indirectly told us we were SOL.
