Great place and atmosphere!
very poor management no security senors live in fear of being harass from other tenants police are there offend. Management stating if you don't like it here you can move, or if you don't like it i have someone else to do your job. there have been meeting regarding these matter but to no avail. Tenants drinking outside there units. The person who wrote the bad review does not live here and has no idea of what things are like at the Ritson Rd building. It is a wonderful affordable building. My apartment is great! I am disabled and have an accessible apartment which has everything I need. As far as the custodian goes, the building is well kept and clean. He is compassionate and is always there to help us out. No one here has ever been assaulted by anyone.
Have a friend that lives in the Ritson Residence and the management will not support them in getting rid of an abusive employee that has assaulted over 15 seniors in the building.
I am a tenant in this building for almost 4yrs now and i can say it's a very good place to live..We also have a good custodian who keeps the building clean and is very good to the people here..This apartment building is also affordable for seniors...
