I recently visited a Jayman show home and honestly, I was shocked by the quality of the finishing. There were visible cracks, uneven walls, poorly installed vinyl flooring, and clear issues with tile work and drywall finishing. What made it even worse is that I had previously attended of their presentation center, where they strongly emphasized their “high-quality standards” and advanced building technologies. Very concerning experience with Jayman BUILT. During our visit, Matt and Katelyn processed the payment and immediately told us that a mistake had been made — instead of the agreed $1,000 deposit, $5,000 was charged to my credit card. This error was acknowledged on the spot. Matt then assured us that a refund check would be prepared and available at the office shortly. If you’re considering Jayman Built, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. We’ve lived in our home for just over a year and the experience has been frustrating from day one. Red flags started during the sales process. The manager we dealt with (now gone) showed no interest in understanding our needs or helping us make informed decisions. Everything felt rushed and transactional — which turned out to be the theme of our entire Jayman experience. The build quality is abysmal.
