My husband and I had the pleasure of building our forever home with Lawrence, Jordan, and the awesome construction team at Mahogany! Lawrence is a very informative and seasoned professional; Jordan is super helpful and welcoming, and an absolute sweetheart. Frazier, the construction supervisor, is simply top notch! It doesn't even deserve one star. Such a pathetic experience. Don't be misled by the reputation our experience with Jayman has been extremely disappointing. Be aware before making a decision; the claim that Jayman is good is far from the reality we experienced.
From our very first meeting with Lawrence, we felt genuinely taken care of. He stayed well past closing time just to make sure we were comfortable informed and confident, every step of the way… after all, it’s not as if we’re buying a sweater nor is it every day that we buy a house! His depth of knowledge was immediately clear but what really stood out to us was the way he never rushed. Terrible experience with Lawrence Wong, Area sales manager, Mahogany (Read fully) Our recent visit to the Jayman Showhome in Mahogany was extremely disappointing. The visit was impromptu, so we brought our real estate agent’s card to inform the sales representative that we are already working with an agent. We have done this at multiple show homes in the past without issue especially with our impromptu vists. We calmly introduced ourselves and provided the card simply as a professional courtesy.
