The Jayman BUILT Front Drive sales and customer care team have been fantastic from start to finish. Jordan and Lawrence took the time to walk us through floor plans and options, pointing out things to consider based on their own experience and feedback from other customers. The male sales manager at the show home center could greatly benefit from customer service training. During our visit, he was impatient in responding to simple questions, made several assumptions, and came across as unprofessional. We waited patiently while he spoke with someone for a long time, but when he finally approached us, he seemed uninterested and unwilling to engage. Our experience with Lawrence Wong at Jayman was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. From the moment we arrived, we felt unwelcome. We waited over 15 minutes in his office before he finally came out, without even introducing himself or asking for our names — a basic courtesy we expected from someone representing a reputable builder. Had an awful experience at the show home. The sales representative was rude, made sarcastic comments, and asked inappropriate questions. He was unhelpful and couldn’t provide any meaningful information. Overall, the customer service was terrible. Due to this kind of treatment, we will likely not proceed with this builder. Very disappointing.
We were looking for a new home and visited the Jayman show home. We had done our research on-line so we knew what model we liked. We looked around the talked to Lawrence. He took his time explaining the features of the home and the upgrades that were available. Lawrence made us feel very comfortable and took his advice. He kept us within our budget with all our upgrades. We trust Jayman as this is not our first Jayman home. Great value and they deliver a great product.
