Has absolutely no consideration for the character of the neighbourhood in which he builds new homes. In our neighbourhood of relatively older, small, earth-tone houses, he built an enourmous (14,000 sq ft), bright blue, plastic monstrosity of a house. Development entailed the removal of several very large, old trees, resulting in a barren, immaculate eye-sore of a landscape that sticks out like a sore thumb in our neighbourhood.
